Compass Tenders was founded by Richard Faulkner who possesses more than three decades of experience in building and repairing yachts and bespoke tenders at his workshop on the River Hamble. The company was started as an expression of Mr. Faulkner’s lifelong passion for the sea and boats.
Formed in 2004, Compass Tenders has gone from strength to strength since its founding. During our ten plus years of successful operation, we have worked closely with numerous world-renowned designers, build managers and captains. All of them have entrusted our expertise and passion for creating bespoke tenders and not been disappointed by the result.
