TT Pink Gin
This Owner’s tender was custom built for SY Pink Gin, a 152ft sailing superyacht built by Baltic Yachts.

One of the requirements was that it fitted into an existing deck-well, so adhering to pre-determined size and lifting parameters was vital.

Owners Launch 5M
The tender is launched using a spinnaker pole/boom arrangement from a single point lift, making it essential that the build weight be kept to 550kg to allow easy launch and recovery.
Patrick Banfield’s Allseas Design Ltd designed the tender, and during the build Compass Tenders worked closely with Design Unlimited, the main yacht’s interior stylists, to ensure that the style and finish were in keeping with the mothership.
The Evinrude V-Tec 90hp engine was chosen to provide high performance with a weight saving.
The tender also incorporates an internal fuel tank. The transom section folds forward with the engine in situ to reduce stowed length.
Stowage was important for this client and alongside spacious cockpit lockers the tender also features a built-in coolbox and custom fender stowage racks.
Easy boarding and disembarkation of the Owner’s tender are facilitated by integral steps port and starboard, and the boat is fitted with a removable lollipop handrail for added security.
